PSAR has something for every Real Estate Professional. Which type of member are you?

Designated REALTORS®: Being a Broker holding an active DRE Brokers license and defined as the Principal Partner, or Corporate Office of a Real Estate firm. There is only one Designated REALTOR® per company.

REALTOR® Member: A person holding an active DRE Salesperson's license. Defined as any agent within the office of a Designated REALTOR® that holds an active real estate license who becomes a member of PSAR.  New Members can take advantage of the PSAR Monthly Plan.  Open Monthly Plan enrollment for existing members will begin in November for 2027.

Secondary Member: A person who is already primary at another association and would like to join PSAR to receive store discounts, member pricing on all classes and events, and allow for a smoother transition from one brokerage to another for our agents.

Transferring Member: An agent with a current DRE license, who is associated with a valid broker office and is an active primary member of another association, who wants to transfer primary membership to PSAR.  If you are transferring from an association that doesn't offer CRMLS you will get five months of free MLS (a $$$ savings).

Affiliate Member: A non-licensed individual who is not involved in the sale or leasing of property, but who has interests in the real estate profession, may join PSAR as an Affiliate.
