PSAR celebrates members who give back. The Good Neighbor Award recognizes PSAR REALTORS® and Affiliate members who make significant contributions in their communities. Quarterly honorees compete for the annual award and consideration for the National Good Neighbor Award, with up to $10,000 in grant funding for their cause.

San Diego County Local Area Disclosure
PSAR and the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® collaborate with brokers and legal counsel to provide the San Diego County Local Area Disclosure at no cost for all REALTORS® listing property in San Diego County. Updated at least annually. Uploadable to your ZipForms or favorite forms software.

Risk Management
Professional Standards & Dispute Resolution
PSAR provides mediation and arbitration services for members. Mediation is the most common path, with a $250 filing fee and most disputes resolved within two months. Arbitration is available when mediation does not resolve commission disputes.
Ethics complaints are handled separately through the Professional Standards Committee.
