Working alongside the California Association of REALTORS®, PSAR supports and opposes legislation in Sacramento that affects property rights, housing supply, and the ability to conduct business as a real estate professional.
Through NAR and direct engagement with our congressional delegation, PSAR members amplify their voice on federal policy including loan limits, mortgage interest, flood insurance, and fair housing.
Every spring, PSAR joins more than 2,000 REALTORS® from across California in Sacramento to meet directly with the legislators who shape housing policy, property rights, and the real estate industry.
