WHO THIS IS FOR

 

New REALTORS® only. “New” means no previous membership with any REALTOR® association or inactive for more than 12 months.

 

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

 

REALTORS® who have already paid dues.

Current PSAR members. If you’re on the monthly plan in 2026, we’ll email you to re-enroll. Open enrollment for existing members begins in November for 2027.

REALTORS® transferring from another association. Every situation is different, so please call PSAR staff at 619-421-7811.

REALTOR® Agent/Broker Associate
Licensed agent or associate broker under a Designated Broker

A person holding an active DRE Salesperson's or Broker Associate's license. Defined as any agent within the office of a Designated REALTOR® that holds an active real estate license who becomes a member of PSAR.
Designated REALTOR®
Primary broker of record for your office

A Broker holding an active DRE Broker's license and defined as the Principal Partner, or Corporate Officer of a Real Estate firm. There is only one Designated REALTOR® per company.
Secondary Member
Primary membership held at another association

Someone who holds primary membership at another association but wants to join PSAR to access store discounts, member pricing on classes, and events.
Affiliate Member
Industry professional without a real estate license

An unlicensed individual who is not involved in the sale or leasing of property but has an interest in the real estate profession.
Appraiser
Independent property valuation professional

A licensed professional who provides an objective, independent opinion of a property's market value.
MLS Only / MLS Assistant
MLS access without full REALTOR® membership
