Broker Open

10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

All MLS subscribers are welcome regardless of association affiliation. Those marketing properties must be licensed subscribers or participants in an MLS.

Out-of-area, buyer and seller needs, and any coming soon listings are also welcomed by emailing pitch@psar.org.

Great listing exposure! Your property will be listed in the pitch email sent to agents in corresponding areas of the county the evening prior, which has a consistently high open rate. Pitched properties are not required to be held open afterward, but it is encouraged.
