How the monthly plan works

Sign up by November 18 using the form below. Then call PSAR at 619-421-7811 to make sure we have a current card on file for autopay. We take card details by phone only and never ask for card numbers by email.
Pay one plan invoice of $509.62* by December 15. We'll post it to your account in the member portal shortly after you sign up. It covers your C.A.R. dues ($351), the N.A.R. advertising fee ($45), and your first monthly payment ($113.62). Paying it puts you on the plan. Members will also be asked for an optional contribution to support RAF <click to learn more> and CARES <click to learn more>.
Then $113.62* per month via autopay, 11 payments on the last business day of each month, January through November. Each covers your N.A.R. and PSAR dues, CRMLS (Paragon) MLS access, SentriLock lockbox service, and a $9.95 plan fee.

If the plan invoice isn't paid by December 15, you won't be placed on the plan. In January you'll be billed for the full year of REALTOR® dues, the first quarter of CRMLS and one year of SentriLock.

Compare the year: monthly plan $1,759.44*, annual $1,640.04*. The $119.40 difference is the $9.95 monthly plan fee.
