Charmaine Orcino-Gonzales serves as the Director of Broker Services for the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), where she focuses on strengthening relationships with brokers, office managers, team leaders, and real estate professionals throughout San Diego County. Her career spans almost three decades in financial services, strategic consulting, real estate, and organizational leadership. With experience in both corporate strategy and residential real estate, Charmaine brings a unique perspective to her work: combining business development, relationship management, and firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities facing today’s real estate professionals. At PSAR, Charmaine is focused on membership growth and engagement, broker outreach, leadership development, and connecting real estate professionals with the tools, resources, education, and industry relationships that can help their businesses thrive. She also works closely with industry leaders to create opportunities for collaboration, professional development, and greater involvement within the association.
