About Wayne Ansley

Basic Resume of Experience Resident of Chula Vista since 1961. I completed all schooling in Chula Vista; including graduating from Chula Vista High Vista School in 1971 and obtaining an Associate Science Degree in Real Estate from Southwestern College in 1978. In 1973 I obtained a California Real Estate License at the age of 19. I Joined the South San Diego Bay Cities Association of Realtors in 1974 as a Real Estate agent, upgraded to Broker status in 1981. The Association later became PSAR. I have been a member in good status since 1974. In May 1978, I received an Associate in Science Degree from Southwestern College. In 1991, I was elected to and served on the Board of Directors of Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors – PSAR, including other activities. In Sept 1992 I completed and received a G. R. I. Designation – Graduate Realtors Institute. In 1992, I was elected as a California Association of Realtor (CAR) State Director, Chairman of Building Operations Committee, and Secretary of the Board of Realtors. I was also Chairman of Government and the Political Affairs Committee, and re-elected Secretary of the Board of Realtors in 1993. I served on several committees including: Community relations, Grievance Committee, Professional Standards including being the Presiding Officer and Panelist for review hearings, Government and Political Affairs, and Building Operations. In 1994; I served as the Vice President of PSAR, C.A.R: State Director and Regional Representative for Computer\Business Technology, and the Landlord\Tenant Committee.
