About Suzanne Coleman

From 2003 to 2009, I worked on the corporate side of new home sales and marketing, where I had the opportunity to be mentored by several highly respected leaders in the real estate industry. I earned my real estate license in 2006, initially without any intention of working directly as a sales agent. The market downturn in 2008 changed everything. Practically overnight, the new-home sector came to a standstill. During that time, I shifted into consulting roles while completing my degree, in business and marketing, gaining a broader understanding of the industry from multiple perspectives. In 2012, as friends and family began facing financial hardship, I handled my first short sale. That experience reignited what I realized was my true passion—helping people navigate complex real estate situations. I made the decision to leave my other consulting work and fully recommit to real estate. I joined Big Block Realty as one of its early agents, approximately number 40, and played a role in its growth over the years. In 2025, Big Block Realty merged with LPT Realty, further expanding the firm's national reach, innovative technology, and collaborative culture—resources I now leverage to better serve my clients.
