Although I did not start in CA... spent summers out on the coast since I was 7. Originally born in Wisconsin, grew up in Arizona, earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arizona, and then made my way back to the coast of San Diego. That was nearly 30 years ago. Since 2007, I have been helping homeowners prepare their homes for sale, and have built my approach around one thing: getting homes ready before they hit the market. As a co-owner of San Diego Realty Gals, I focus on property refreshes and resale preparation throughout San Diego County. Yet, still deal with Commercial, Rentals... basically anything my clients need. It’s a process that involves cosmetic renovations, market-ready improvements, and staging coordination. Or helping buyers find that next perfect Gem. The goal is simple. Prepare the home to reach its full potential, attract more buyers, sell faster, and maximize the seller’s profit.
