Hello, I'm not sure if anyone will ever read this but here is a little about me. Son of an Electrician and General Contractor. I helped my father run 2 construction companies simultaneously. Went to High School in San Diego to Gompers Secondary. Went to UCSD and Studied MAE and Economics. Worked at Sony as a Process Manufacturing Engineer for 3.5 years. I became a Real Estate Broker in 2016 I realized Real Estate was the right business for me in 2008. I learned the tricks of the trade as the Real Estate Market was crashing. Then after the crash helping first time buyers compete against investors, short sales, and rehab loans. I'm very knowledgeable in the construction and business world.
