About Mike White

I bring decades of real estate, technology, association leadership, and community service experience to my work. I started working in real estate when I was 18 and have worked as a real estate agent in brokerages of all sizes, as well as in a mortgage broker’s office. While the majority of my transactions have been residential properties, I have also handled commercial leases, commercial land, and a large number of short-sale transactions during the 2005 to 2008 period. This breadth of experience has allowed me to help clients in a variety of areas. I am currently a Broker Associate with the Campbell Group at Coldwell Banker West. My real estate work has given me a broad view of the industry, and my volunteer leadership has allowed me to contribute to the profession at both the local and state levels. At the local level, I served for more than 10 years as Chair of the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® Technical and Education Committee, where I helped educate other REALTORS® on technical issues affecting the industry and advised the Association on technology matters. I have also served on the Regional MLS Technical Committee. In 2014, I was honored by the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® as REALTOR® of the Year, and I have also served as a Director for PSAR. At the state level, I am a Director for the California Association of REALTORS® and serve on several committees, including MLS, Business Technology, Global, and Standard Forms. I have also served in the past on a Business Technology Panel and the ZipForms Advisory Committee. This work helps me stay current on issues affecting my clients and allows me to help drive change within the profession. My background outside real estate includes studying Mechanical Engineering and working as an IT Consul
