The first twenty years doing business for her own family; building a couple of dwellings, renting them or selling them depending on the current market. Since 2007 as a licensed Realtor in the San Diego County she has represented buyers and sellers with great success. Maru entered the San Diego Real Estate Market when the home crisis was at its pick. She successfully survived a difficult Real Estate cycle therefore she is familiar and knowledgeable of short sales, bank owned, investment properties and can refer and guide clients with 10/31 exchanges, reverse mortgages and foreign loans purchases.
