Prior to her real estate career, Bair owned and operated multiple trend setting and innovative Salon and Spas on both Coasts! These experiences allowed her to also perfect her leadership and customer service skills. The experience translated directly into her real estate career as there is no substitute for financial understanding in a global business sense. Raised in South Carolina, Bair and Mike were high school sweethearts. Mike is a military veteran and together they have traveled the world with their four children while he was in The Navy. The experience of traveling the Globe has given her an in-depth compassion and mastery of all of the hurdles and challenges families face when relocating. When Bair settled in San Diego, she knew that their international experiences plus their multiple military relocations, including throughout the USA, would be ideally suited to represent clientele in America’s Finest City. She has studied the nuances of San Diego’s numerous diverse neighborhoods, including their unique attributes and appeal, to create the ideal counsel for her clients.
