About Kelly Marugg

I grew up in Ramona, as did my parents and grandparents. I first graduated from MJC with an AS in Math and Applied Science and then I graduated from UCSD with a BS in Biochemistry. After working in the science world, I began to dabble in real estate. Slowly I made the transition and in the early 2000s I started working full time in real estate. Eventually I married a firefighter and we have a wonderful family of 2 girls and one boy. We love sports but our passion has been with our 501c3 non profit, First Responders Endowed Kinship, helping first responders when they are having trouble on the homefront. We have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars and we are proud to say 100% goes to the first responder family. I have been blessed to have over 2 decades of successful business as both a real estate broker and loan officer. I love both but mostly I love helping families fulfill their dream of home ownership.
