Mr. J.R. Chantengco is President and Broker-Principal of The Triwest Group, a full-service investment, residential brokerage and real estate development firm. Since 1989, his family has overseen almost 900 real estate transactions, managed 500 apartment and hotel units, leased 250,000 square feet of commercial-industrial space, and developed 250 housing units-- totaling $150M+ in deals.
