About Joe Nichols

Joe has 21 years experience selling real estate in San Diego. Residing in the San Diego area since 1974, Joe provides a wide range of real estate services including commercial,multiple units and residential sales. Joe has been a Top Buyers Agent and Top Listing Agent since he started selling real estate in 1987. Prior to establishing a career in real estate, Joe served as a Special Agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service and prior to that as an officer in the U.S. Navy. He is a graduate of The Citadel and has earned the degrees of B.A., M.A., and Masters of Business Administration.
