Henish has worked since 2002 in real estate, making him the ideal person to help with all your real estate business. His career includes: Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive, Offshore Program Manager, REO Manager (foreclosed homes department) and consulting for the largest banks in the US (REO/Foreclosure, Short Sale, Deed-in-Lieu and Mortgage Servicing departments). Henish became a licensed Realtor in 2009 and a broker in 2017. While working as an REO manager, Henish sold ~150 homes a month, and has now sold over 3,000 homes total. Since 2014, Henish has owned a real estate investment firm. He has been purchasing homes in less than perfect condition and reselling them in great condition to homeowners. In 2018, Henish is now a co-owner of CalHomeCo Construction – San Diego’s premier ADU builders. With all this experience, Henish has learned that he is better than your average realtor.
