About Gustavo Lanatta
Gustavo’s real estate career started in early 1990 when he became a loan officer after passing his real estate salesperson examination with the California Department of Real Estate, while attending business school. His bilingual/bicultural skills, helped him become a very successful and valuable asset in the Southern California Real Estate Industry. In 1994 he became a Real Estate Broker at the young age of 23. He earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 1997. Gustavo’s belief in education shaped his business philosophy through the years, becoming a business trainer and a home buying educator. He became an active facilitator for the American Dream Coalition fostered by the National Association of REALTORS®, bringing home buying seminars to several different communities. Gustavo currently serves as a Real Estate Instructor for Real Estate Broker and Salesperson Exam preparation courses, helping new inductees start their real estate careers. He achieved peer recognition by being honored with the “2001 Affiliate of The Year” award at the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS®, and he serves on the Board of Directors of the same organization from 2005 to 2008.
