Gerry was licensed in Real Estate in 1991 and is currently Broker/Owner of Miranda Real Estate a local independent real estate company which specializes in first time homeownership, Bank Owned properties, Probate Sales. Gerry Miranda is a certified RES.NET and Premier Asset Services broker with over 300 REO sales for various Asset Management Providers. Gerry Miranda is currently a member in of PSAR and has been recognized by several local agents from both PSAR and SDAR to have excellent communication skills and especially good call back skills which make the difference when negotiating any Real Estate transaction. Gerry Miranda lives in Chula Vista with his beautiful wife of 43 years, Mary and 2 their daughters Johanna who is a USD graduate and Gabriela who is ASU graduate. Gerry Miranda is a dog lover and among his favorite activities include working on vintage cars and working around the house on another one of his favorite hobbies “honey- do’s”.
