Eric developed a passion for business early in his career starting as a successful manager with Steigenberger Hotels in Aachen, Germany, and quickly rising through the ranks to food and beverage controller for Germany’s largest caterer, Feinkost Kaefer, in Munich. In 1992, he started his first business venture, a fine foods retail and wine import store in Ingolstadt, Germany. He then relocated to Dubai as a sought-after business consultant, eventually making his way to San Diego in 1998. When he purchased his first San Diego home in 2000, he knew he was on to something that lit a fire. Buying properties in Chula Vista CA, Oceanside CA and Astoria OR, while managing businesses eventually led Eric to obtain his real estate license and pursue his passion—buying and selling real estate and businesses.
