David has been a resident of San Diego County since moving here from Thousand Oaks in 1995. Real Estate is his second career after he spent 20 years running his own wakeboarding online magazine, WakeWorld.com. When he's not on the water, you can probably catch him playing soccer or throwing some bags at a San Diego cornhole tournament.
