As a long-time general contractor and former construction manager for major homebuilders, I bring hands-on experience and a deep understanding of what makes a home truly valuable. My background in the trades and project coordination has taught me how to find solutions, stay organized, and see the full picture—from foundation to finish. My journey into real estate came from a desire to help people make confident decisions about one of the biggest investments of their lives. I’ve seen how homes are built, and I believe that understanding the process is just as important as finding the perfect property. I’m a San Diego local who loves to surf, build, and spend time with my wife, four kids, and five amazing grandkids. Helping families find homes they’ll love—right here in our coastal community—is what drives me every day.
