The Phana Par Group consists of a team of Strategic Mortgage Advisors serving San Diego and most of Southern California. Phana and her team pride themselves on always providing clients with clear and informed choices when it comes to their financing needs. At NewRez, Phana has a wide range of loan programs from First Time Homebuyer, with low down payment or no down payment, to Investor, with excellent rates and flexible financing terms. Phana is most passionate about educating her clients on their financing options and the loan process, but most importantly, she’s committed to helping clients integrate a mortgage loan into their overall long- and short-term goals in real estate planning and strategic asset management. Phana’s mission is to deliver her client the right program, whether it’s a Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA or Non-Qualified Mortgage (Non-QM) loan based on her client’s needs with unparalleled service. She specializes in servicing our Heroes in the community such as Military, Law Enforcement, Educators, Medical Professions and Clergy. To Phana, the relationship with her clients never ends at the close of escrow. Each year, The Phana Par Group, hosted a series of Client’s Appreciation events which include but not limited to the Easter Egg Hunt, Wine Tasting and Holiday Appreciation event.
