Brad is the CEO and owner of DRW Management Services, and the acting Realtor for over 25 years. DRW is a full-time property management company and real estate office. Brad also owns a General Contractor license for assisting his owners and sellers with updating their properties for a higher return on value. Graduate of Arizonan State University School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Five years project engineer/manager for major high rise construction projects. General Contractors license with the state of California. He has been an active Realtor since 2004, holding a valid Real Estate License.
