Andre’s passion for service was shaped by a distinguished military career in the United States Navy. He was stationed aboard the USS Midway (CV-41)—now a historic museum in San Diego—and was later honored as Sailor of the Year aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). His excellence in leadership and operations earned him a diplomatic posting at the U.S. Embassy in Canberra, Australia, where he served as Training Officer and Presidential Staff under Ambassador Edward Perkins. There, he successfully managed a $6 million defense training budget for the Australian Defence Force (ADF), promoting U.S. military education abroad. After transitioning from active duty in 2000, Andre led MJE Marketing until 2005 before fully committing to his real estate career.
