Jay Norris has been a member of the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors since 1988. He is a top producing Sales Representative for First American Title Insurance Co., an industry leader in San Diego County. He has held various positions with PSAR – Affiliate Director, Education Committee, PSAR Golf Tournament Committee, Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Chair, Chair City Process Strealining Committee. He was also President for Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce 2014-2015 and serving as the Past President seat on the Chula Vista Chamber Board of Directors for 2019. The South County Real Estate Industry has been a very good to Jay. He was Born and raised in Bonita where he raised a family of his own. His family has been involved in the Real Estate in the South Bay since 1965. He has worked with hundreds of Realtors, Loan Officers and Escrow clients over the years and knows exactly what the Real Estate Industry needs from a top notch Title Representative.
