My name is Danielle Wolter and I am the owner at Coast to Cactus Property Inspections. Our motto is "Know More...Stress Less." We perform thorough home inspections, going above and beyond standards wherever we practically (and safely) can. Our reports are written in narrative form and include lots of details and photos to support main systems and any issues we find. From start to finish, we make sure the client is taken care of, addressing all needs and concerns, as well as taking extra time at the end to walk buyers through all the findings to ensure everyone understand what our finding are. We are available before, during and after the inspection to answer any questions. We offer pool inspections, drone, thermal imaging, mold testing and sewer scoping!
