How do I add my listing for the pitch session?
Email pitchsouth@psar.org with the following items
- MLS ID #
- Complete Address (street,city, and zip code)
- Listing agent name and company
- Phone number
How do I add my listing to the tour for the caravan?
- Add your listing to Tour "P29" in Paragon by 12PM on the Monday before Wednesday pitch
- In Paragon, click on "Listings" at the top of the page and navigate to "Maintain"
- Search for your listing by either the MLS number or property address
- Select the "Action" link, then select "Tour"
- Click on "Add New" and enter the Tour Group "P29"
- Enter the date of Wednesday's Tour and choose the Start Time of 10:30AM and End Time of 1:30PM
- Add any additional comments and if refreshments will be served
- Select "Save" and then send an email to pitchsouth@psar.org with the following items!
- MLS Number of Listing
- Full Property Address
- Agent's Name that will present the property
- Company Name
- Cell phone number
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellations must be received by Tuesday before 1:00PM, or you will be considered a "No Show". If you are a "No Show" from that mornings Pitch Session, you will be suspended from participation in the Rally and Ride Pitch TOO Session for a period of 90 days.
Properties listed on P29 Tour "Caravan" must be open and listing agent ready for agents to visit between the times advertised on Tour in Paragon. If the property is not open during the advertised time, the listing agent will lose their Caravan privileges and will be blocked from pitching at the Rally & Ride Too.
