Home Study Courses required for a Brokers License

PSAR offers all the necessary courses required to get your California Real Estate Brokers License. See this link to the California Department of Real Estate to view the necessary minimum requirements to apply for the Real Estate Brokers Exam and License.

Avoid shipping charges by picking up your textbook and testing material at the PSAR offices.  Materials are provided through Duane Gomer Schools.  All courses must be completed within one-year of enrollment date.  Examinations may be taken on the Internet at no additional charge.  For exams taken at PSAR offices there is no fee for members who have purchased the materials through PSAR. There is a monitoring fee charged to all non-members and members who have obtained the materials from sources other than PSAR.
