PSAR offers a Real Estate Principles school (statutory courses required of Sales License applicants) as well as home study courses that are mandatory to obtain and maintain a real estate broker license.   Our Courses have been evaluated by a DRE-approved Credentials Evaluation Service. Written evidence of the evaluation and approval is present at the Business office.
