Become a Member of PSAR and the MLS

If you have your California Real Estate License and are interested in joining the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS and the Multiple Listing Service, the following information if presented for your use.

Please note: You must complete an application form and present it to the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORSŪ.  You must be working with a PSAR REALTOR Broker (or be a PSAR Member Broker) to be eligible for PSAR membership.  The dues for your membership are listed here.  (Membership fees are pro-rated every month.  Please call Association for current pro-rated fees.)

• Join the California Association of REALTOR (CAR) 
• Join the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
• Be sure to invest in your business by making a Political Survival Contribution (annual)

Checks should be made out to "PSAR", for all fees and dues.

Affiliate Memberships

Employees of Title Companies, Escrow Companies, etc.) can join the PSAR as Affiliate Members. 

When additional Affiliate Members for your office wish to apply, the fees are reduced.

MLS (Multiple Listing Service)

To join as an Agent / Salesperson, you must provide a copy of your Department of Real Estate Agents License and be working with an MLS broker member.  MLS membership is available to PSAR members.

To join as a broker office, you must provide a copy of your Department of Real Estate Brokers License.
