On March 16th, 2010 PSAR Launched the MLS Syndication Program as a free benefit for all active PSAR REALTOR® Members. With this members received:

        1.       A Syndication Dashboard invitation delivered via e-mail.

2.      An email from ‘Point2 Agent’ with the link for your own Dashboard. The email was sent to the e-mail address on file within our MLS system.

3.       7 days to disable any Syndication Partners (partners are enabled by default) before Listings Syndication occurs.

By default your listings will syndicate to all partners that your Broker has determined, but if you'd like to specify further, it is very easy to do.  You can familiarize yourself with the Syndication Dashboard by reviewing the Syndication Dashboard Getting Started Guide for Agents.

On March 23rd, 2010- Listings Syndication

1.       Listings are Syndicated

2.       You may edit your Syndication Partner list at anytime and changes will be executed the next day.

3.       You must activate your Syndication Dashboard in order to receive your online leads (your Broker will receive your leads if you do not login to your Dashboard at least one time)

Your Syndication Dashboard will continue to be available to you at no cost during and after the 3-month trial period of the additional Point2 package.
