Login Problems Having Trouble Logging in to pay bills or manage your account with PSAR? Follow these two steps to obtain log in information. Step one. The first number needed is your NRDS number (pronounced nerds) this is your Logon ID . To find this number look it up here.
Step two. The second number needed is the account password. Once you know the account Logon ID, PSAR can automatically send this information to the email address on file for the user account look it up here.
