PSAR Property Caravan
When: Every Thursday Excluding Holidays – Rain or Shine Time: Immediately Following the Marketing Session – Approximately 10:00am to 1:00pm Location: Starts from Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) Phone: (619) 421-7811
* All caravan participants MUST attend the marketing session or your property will be deleted from the tour. * This is an ACTIVE CARAVAN. All caravan participants travel to all properties together in a group. * Carpooling is mandatory, as parking & time concerns are often issues. * Bring 10+ business cards with you on the caravan to leave at the properties that you visit. * All agents with properties on the caravan MUST attend the entire caravan start to finish. * The caravan consists of a maximum of 10 properties per week in the South Bay. Availability is on a first come, first served basis. * Agents may only represent one property on each caravan date. * Caravan reservations are taken until 12:00pm on the Wednesday prior to the caravan. * Please include the following information in your caravan reservation request: * MLS number * Property address (including zip code) * Agent’s name that will represent the property * Company name * Cell phone number * Email address * The caravan fills up fast, submitting your email by the deadline does not ensure that you will be on the next caravan. Typically, the caravans fill up at least a week in advance. * An email confirmation will be sent within 24 hours (Monday thru Friday) in response to all caravan reservation requests. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours (Monday thru Friday) then your email was not received and you should re-send.
