Rental Hotsheet

Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORSŪ is proud to be the ONLY Association in the county that provides a rental hotsheet. The Rental Hotsheet is distributed every Friday and is FREE to PSAR members. PSAR does not investigate the properties or recommend any one over the other. This is an information publication only.

Deadline for inputting rentals is 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Guidlines for Submitting a Rental:
Only one phone number will be printed. Please include the number where you can best be reached. Pager and voice mail numbers are fine.
Rentals must be submitted on a "Rental Hotsheet" form. Please be sure to use the correct input form. Two types of input: residential property and office space. Please write legibly and fill out all fields. Contact Joyce at 421-7811 with any questions.
No rental information will be taken over the phone. To renew an expired rental you need to submit a new "Rental Hotsheet" form prior to Wednesday at 1:30pm.

Prices for inputting rentals are:
$15 a rental for 4 weeks for members of PSAR.
$30 a rental for 4 weeks for non-members.
No rentals will be accepted without payment or charge authorization from Broker member

Prices to receive the Hotsheet (non PSAR members) are:
$10 per hotsheet over the counter
$35 a quarter (includes 12 hotsheets)
