HOMES ON CARAVAN

All homes registered for the Rally + Ride and Caravan will be pitched at the start of the event to allow time to leave and set up your open house.  Each pitch is is given 90 seconds.

A MAXIMUM OF 10 PROPERTIES WILL BE LISTED ON THE CARAVAN. ADDITIONAL PROPERTIES CAN BE PITCHED AT THE SESSION.

To pitch your listing at Rally + Ride you MUST REGISTER as follows:

STEP 1: ADD Your Listing To The Tour on Tempo

Go to TEMPO™ on the SANDICOR web site. Add your listing to the caravan tour via the TEMPO MLS tour function prior to the weekly deadline of Tuesday @ 12:00 pm.

• In Tempo, click on Add/Edit Listings icon on on the top of Tempo5
• Enter the MLS Number in Find A Listing By ML# field and click the green arrow
• Click on Open House in the left hand side
• Click on Add An Open House
• Enter all Red fields and any others that you want
• Click Submit to save the Open House
• The caravan time is from 10:30 am-1:30 pm.
• Click Submit.

If you have any questions, call the East County Realtors at 619-579-0333 ext. 104. We will not add your listing to the caravan via TEMPO - You must do this under your own MLS log-on ID.

STEP 2: ADD listing to the RALLY + RIDE PitchSession

Next, please e-mail your property address, MLS listing number, agent and office name, with the tour date you wish to pitch to the following email address: pitcheast@psar.org. Please call the Rally + Ride Liaison to verify receipt of your email.

This information must be received by Tuesday 12:00 pm the week of the tour scheduled. It will be on a "first come, first served" basis. You must plan to attend the pitch session in order for your property to appear on the pitch session list & map distributed the day of the pitch session & tour.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received by Tuesday at 3:00pmor you will be considered a "No Show". If you are a "No Show" you will be suspended from participation in the Rally + Ride Pitch Session for a period of 90 days.

"By emailing pitcheast@psar.org for the mentioned property to be pitched, I expressly agree to hold harmless the participant creating the slide show of pictures taken from my listing on Sandicor MLS web site"

PLEASE NOTE: East County Realtors Rally and Ride prohibits the announcement of Alcoholic Beverages served at open houses on tour and encourages participants to use their best judgment regarding serving alcoholic beverages at open houses.

Even if your home isn't part of the carvan, you can still make a quick pitch at Rally + Ride.

• Property Address
• Your Name
• Your Phone number

ANNOUNCMENT OF BUYER WANTS:

We'll give you 30 seconds to pitch your buyer's wants and needs. 

ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW LISTINGS:

We'll give you 30 seconds to present price and property changes.  Be prepared to tell:

• Price change or any other changes
• Address
• Your name
• Your phone number
